Betsy Shuttleworth

Betsy Shuttleworth is a flexibility specialist with over 19 years of contortion experience and over 35 years in dance, trained at Point Park University. She founded Dance Extensions in 1996 and travels across the United States and internationally to teach contortion technique, warm-up methodology and strengthening for dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders.
