Julian Mireles is a flexibility, strength, and biomechanics specialist based in Miami, Florida, and the founder of Bodybreaker Corp and creator of the BodyTech Method. With over twelve years of experience in dance and athletic training, he teaches dancers in person in Miami and online worldwide, integrating anatomy, biomechanics, and sports science to develop functional flexibility. His coaching community includes elite competitors, convention finalists, and professional athletes.
