Congolese contortionist Strauss Serpent, artist name of Joress Kenfack Mpandou. At the age of 8, he discovered his flexibility, which he then developed by practicing yoga. He has defined his distinctive style by drawing inspiration from his life and the society he comes from, and by integrating theater and emotion into his art. It was while watching a Cirque du Soleil video that he found his calling.
