Chest stand headsit with straight legs and feet on floor

One of the most common variations of chest stand headsit is where the performer has their legs locked out straight with their feet on the floor. From this position it allows different combinations of arm positions, such as lifting the arms from the floor. This pose is usually one of the first precursory steps to working towards the Marinelli trick.
