Beginner poses

Beginner poses are your first step into more than just flexibility, these are the poses that get you on your way into contortion tricks and poses. Work towards the beginner poses to starting putting together the first parts of a routine or act. This is the level that you start to learn some of the classic contortion poses such as splits and deeper backbends like bridges. Work towards the beginner poses by building up what you've learnt while working on the foundation poses.
