Human Knot armbalance

When a performer is able to put their feet behind their head in an upright position this then allows for the transition onto their hands by lifting their body off the ground. Having a flat back in this pose makes lifting off the ground easier and makes it less likely that you will fall forwards. In order to do this successfully the performer needs to have very good hip rotation to assist with keeping the back as flat as possible while upright.
